OFD is Back Online

Today our Cessna 172RG is back flying again.  C-GOFD had been offline for maintenance for the last number of weeks.  The engine and propeller had reached their TBO, time before overhaul.  While the engine and propeller were in Toronto, a number of long-term maintenance inspections were completed, such as a magnetic flux inspection of the wing attachment points.
The aircraft flies very nicely and is a good cross-country aircraft.  If you would have never flown a complex aircraft, one with a constant speed propeller and retractable landing gear, OFD is a great training platform.  Feel free to contact the Club to book your checkout today.
