Sunset Wine and Cheese
July 21, 2017
The Brantford Flying Club’s Sunset Wine and Cheese nights occur every third Friday of the month through the summer. Beginning just before sunset, guests can come and have a glass of wine or beer, enjoy live music, and socialize. It’s a great event that’s fun for the whole family.
The Brantford Flying Club’s first ever Aviation Discovery Kids Camp was a roaring success. Campers got to participate in a number of exciting activities, including a trip to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and a tour of the Hamilton Airport Control Tower. They got to make bottle rockets, do an egg drop, learned survival and navigation skills, and had up close demos with drones and helicopters. The absolute highlight was a flight around Brantford at the end of the week sponsored by club members. Looking forward to another great week next year!
